The demand for high quality vegan confections has never been higher, but we have always felt that anything we created had to meet our high standards for a very short list of real and superb ingredients, coupled with outstanding flavors. We don't subscribe to the "vegan sausage" philosophy!
We first started to add vegan options when we opened 189 Brackett Street in 2018, with our beautiful Vegan Hazelnut Crème, and more recently with our Pâte de Fruits. In 2021, we decided to make our Marzipan vegan, but didn't introduce it until we felt it was as delicious as the classic version. Our three Vegan Tablets were the next big challenge, which we can proudly say we have conquered! And recently, we created a vegan version of our French Hot Chocolate that can be made with oat, almond or any other plant-based milk.
