Did you ever think of indulging your chocolate creation dreams?  Imagine having access to the highest quality chocolate, and the very same ingredients we use for our award-winning creations. 

We have received many requests over the years to teach classes, and have heard you!  But we can only have them in our slower season, so right after Mother's Day through Labor Day. This Blog entry provides more information.

Through mid-June, they will be held with Catherine on Sunday morning.  More dates, some on a different week day, will be announced later.

So please join Catherine for a delicious chocolate making session!  Perfect for a small friend group, or as a family activity.  Limited to six people per session.  Kids should be 6+ years old, with a maximum of two kids per adult.  To be held Sundays at 10:30 AM and lasting about an hour.  See the calendar below to sign up up through mid-June.  

We will be creating classic French Mendiants with dark, milk and caramelized white chocolates and an assortment of nuts, organic candied citrus and other delicious bites.  You will learn how to combine ingredients and chocolate variety for optimum deliciousness.  Even better, your creations will go home with you, packaged for gifting to friends and family!
