JOIN US IN 2026!  WE WILL HAVE THE MENDIANT CREATION CLASS, AND A MORE ADVANCED CLASS TO LEARN HAND TEMPERING AND TO MAKE CHOCOLATE BARS.

Join Catherine, Sarah or Briana for a delicious chocolate making session!  Perfect for a small friend group, a bachelorette party, a team bonding session, or as a family activity.  Limited to six people per session.  Kids should be 8+ years old, with a maximum of two kids per adult.  To be held weekends at 10:30 AM and lasting about an hour and a half.  See the calendar below to sign up.

We will be creating classic French Mendiants with dark, milk and caramelized white chocolates and an assortment of nuts, organic candied citrus and other delicious bites.  You will learn how to combine ingredients and chocolate variety for optimum deliciousness.  Your creations will go home with you, packaged for gifting to friends and family!
