Getting your chocolate gift to its destination in perfect condition is THE goal.  We now use UPS for the majority of our destinations, unless the address is a P.O.  Box.

Temperatures are still high in a number of states in fall and spring, so we will ship early in the week to avoid weekend transit days.  If your order is placed after Wednesday, it will ship the following Monday. For those states that are always warm, we will use an insulated box with appropriate ice, and will ship UPS Second Day Air if transit takes longer than two days.

Our shipping rates:

Maine shipping:  $11, most of the state is one day via UPS, or two days at most. 

New England shipping:  $13, one to two days. 

Mid-Atlantic and Midwest: $15, two to three days. 

South, Mountain and West:  $20, two to three days.

Warm States:  $28, two days, UPS Second Day Air if needed. 

FOR YOU TO DO: 

Better no surprise than chocolate soup!  Please tell your recipient a gift is coming and to bring it inside right away.  No package, even with insulation/ice packs, will resist hours in the hot sun or hot mailbox.
