Getting your chocolate gift to its destination in perfect condition is THE goal.  We now use UPS for the majority of our destinations, unless the address is a P.O.  Box.

Temperatures are high in a number of states in fall and spring, so we will ship early in the week to avoid weekend transit days.  If your order is placed after Wednesday, it will ship the following Monday. We will delay shipping if there is a big heatwave, and will advise you of the delay.  For those states that are always hot, we will use an insulated box with appropriate ice, and will ship UPS Second Day Air if transit takes longer than two days.

Our shipping rates:

Maine shipping:  $11, most of the state is one day via UPS, or two days at most. 

New England shipping:  $13, one to two days. 

Mid-Atlantic and Midwest: $15, two to three days. 

South, Southwest and West:  $19, two to three days.

Hot States year-round:  $28, two days, UPS Second Day Air if needed. Includes insulated box and ice pack.  Florida, Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Louisiana.

Please tell your recipient a gift is coming and to bring it inside right away.  No package, even with insulation/ice packs, will resist hours in the hot sun or hot mailbox.
