Pâte de Fruits is a quintessential and beloved French confection. It translates to "fruit paste", which doesn't begin to describe them.  A customer exclaimed "summer in a bite!" when tasting one, and that is the perfect description.  They are made of local and exotic fruits, tossed in sugar, tart and sweet all at once. Gluten free and vegan.
