We moved to Portland a short four months ago, but it already feels like ages that I have been making chocolates at the Fork Food Lab. Fork has a vibrant community of exceptional food makers, and I wanted us to join forces for my official launch into the Portland food scene.
We are doing a Pop-Up on Monday Feb. 12 from 5PM to 8PM in the Tasting Room of the Lab. It is the kind of event where you will just want to nosh and forget dinner, because we have some really special treats for you!
How about Parlor ice cream incredible flavors? Not for nothing Jacqueline sells her frozen treats to Rosemont! And a savory offering from Mill Cove Baking: Nina makes the best crackers and most gorgeous and delicious confections, as anyone who loves Little Woodfords will tell you. Renee from Renee by the Bay may be making both savory and sweet bites! And of course the evening would not be complete without great wine: Cellar Door, Portland's favorite winery, will be in attendance with several of their special vintages.
As for my launch, I will have all my Passion flavors for indulgent tasting. Wine, chocolate, savory and sweet treats, what is better on a cold winter night?
