SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITY
When we opened at 189 Brackett Street in 2018, we were immediately championed by our West End community. So we decided early on to pay it forward.
Our first big donation was to the COVID unit at Maine Medical, which included Love Flowers for each of the 100+ unit members, and 750 chocolate goodies for their kids.
We now focus our donations on small to medium non-profits that are highly rated on Charity Navigator. We donate 10% of our online and shop gross sales during our biggest chocolate season, focusing on food insecurities organizations, and entities that support women and girls. See the top of the poster for the recipients of those larger gifts, and other organizations we support with their fund-raisers or with donations.
If your local non-profit is a four-star charity on Charity Navigator, we are happy to consider your organization for our next big donation. But we can also provide chocolate boxes for your fund raising event, just email us via our contact page.

Catherine's love for classical music led her to join the board of the Portland Chamber Music Festival, which brings world-class music to our city. Sarah is on the board ofA Company of Girls, where she contributes her leadership skills to support girls though active participation in the arts.
