The mendiants are our Coffee Toffee in dark chocolate (bronze medal, Academy of Chocolate world competition, UK) and Chipotle Pralines in milk (silver medal, Chocolate Alliance world awards).  The 8 chocolates will represent a mix of our dark and milk chocolates.
