September 12 will mark our third anniversary at 189 Brackett!  We have seen the demand for our ever expanding offerings explode over those 34 months, creating shortages at every chocolate holiday. Yet, our little team really needs a break so we can enter the busy fall/winter season with renewed energy.  By closing the shop for three weeks, we will be able to  both take a break and to do intensive production to build our stocks.

From July 26 to August 1, the shop will be closed and orders will not ship/ will not be available for pickup.  Everyone on our team will be away, including Catherine (who will be with her family in France, first time since COVID!)

On August 2, Darcy, Sarah and Ruby will be back at 189 Brackett to do production only for two solid weeks. The shop will not be open to the public. But during that time, you will be able to place orders for shipping, as well as pickup.  The pickup schedule will be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 10AM to 2PM.  Just call the shop at (207) 536-0496 when you arrive and we will bring your order curbside.

We will re-open Wednesday August 18 with our regular 1PM to 6PM hours.  And we will be ready to share new tastes and formats that we are developing right now!
