French Caramels
Our French Caramels are unlike anything you will have eaten on this side of the pond! They are made in the proudest French tradition with fresh organic cream and organic butter, following Catherine's own, very secret recipe. We are making small batches with many different ingredients: right now our bags of 18 will hold salted caramels (with Guérande Fleur de Sel on top), and coffee (made with a beautiful French roast), pistachio (from Braga organic Farm), Marcona almonds, Passion fruit and (not too hot) Habanero Cinnamon caramels.
