Jacques hails from Brittany, where salted caramel was invented. His ears are solid 72% dark chocolate and his little body is filled with a salted caramel ganache, rice puffs and lace cookie encased in dark chocolate. He is not gluten-free.
Marius is from sunny Provence and is done in 41% milk chocolate. He is filled with our stone-ground pistachio ganache and a soft nougat made of apricots, sour cherries, hazelnuts, pistachios and Marcona almonds. He is gluten-free.
