Big Gianduja Egg
We thought that our artisan gianduja (hazelnut paste combined with chocolate) would make a great lining for one of our big Eggs. We make our hazelnut paste in a stone grinder, with organic sugar, till it is smooth as silk. To make it just a little more decadent, we then embed roasted hazelnuts into the gianduja. It is displayed in a beautiful box and accompanied by a few French marzipan eggs. Very limited quantities.
Please specify dark or milk chocolate shell. (Note that the dark chocolate version is not vegan: the gianduja contains a small quantity of milk chocolate)
