Vegan Chocolatier's Choice

As many of you know, our Chocolatier's Choice boxes represent le top du top of our skills as chocolatiers. It is in those large geodesic domes that we combine at least three components to provide contrasting elements that play off each other. Because they are complex, we often send them to international competitions. And many of them have won medals: two gold, two silver, and five bronze to date.
This summer, the mission for Catherine, Sarah, Bri and Audi was to each create a competition-level vegan chocolate. The basic requirements: they had to have a clean label (real, not weird ingredients), broaden our existing flavor profiles, and of course be as delicious as their non-vegan counterparts.
We are proud to share that we succeeded, because this edition represents a stunning array of flavors! In July, we entered two in their first competition in San Francisco, for the best vegan chocolates, where they shined.
