My goal is to offer you the best seven chocolates I can create for the season. Each chocolate should be a pure translation of its key ingredients, with a balance of dark and milk shells. I will keep your collective favorites next season, and replace the lesser ones with new creations. All the chocolates in the Passion Collection are gluten-free
I hand-paint and airbrush my chocolate molds with a tiny amount of cocoa-butter colors, so you will be able to recognize the flavors. This extra step is well worth the time investment: I really believe that you eat with your eyes first, and that what I make should be as beautiful as it is delicious.
