Eight stylish Squares with two French Mendiants adorn our signature box.  We will select among our current Mendiants, which include:  gianduja (caramelized hazelnut/milk chocolate paste with hazelnuts in a dark shell); a coffee toffee  in dark chocolate; New Orleams style pecan pralines with a touch of chipotle in milk chocolate;  And the second milk Mendiant with Marcona almonds, Australian ginger and Turkish apricot.  The 8 chocolates will represent a mix of our dark and milk chocolates.
