I will be launching Chocolats Passion in November 2014 from its base in Belmont, Mass.  My goal is to provide bliss in chocolate - in the form of beautiful gifts and delicious experiences. This artisan venture builds on my decades-long passion for working with chocolate.  It all began when, growing up in France, I made my first confections at the age of 10.   I am a graduate of the Professional Chocolatier and Quality Assurance programs at the renowned Ecole Chocolat.

My chocolates are made by hand with pure ingredients.  They vary in size and shape, from small indulgences to dessert-sized treats.

Eight flavors will be on offer each chocolate season, which runs from Thanksgiving to Mother's Day. You will be able to select favorites and customize every box in your order.  Artisan chocolates are best when eaten within three weeks, so plan your gifting accordingly.
